Broker Brightside is suing three insurers and its PI broker

Broker Brightside has filed a hefty suit against its insurers and broker Howden, after the insurers refusal to pay out on a professional indemnity policy.

Brightside alleges that the insurers refused to pay out for claims relating to its well-publicised legal battles with Southern Rock owner and Brightside founder Arron Banks.

The Bristol-based broker is now suing the insurers for the costs.

However, if they are not made to pay up, then court documents show it will go after its broker instead.
