Phil Dancaster leaves Norwich Union for Brit
Brit Insurance has appointed Phil Dancaster as Motor Underwriter after poaching him from Norwich Union.
Dancaster takes up his position in Brit's Birmingham office immediately, reporting to Alan Liddiard, Brit UK’s Central and South West regional manager.
Dancaster has 22 years of industry experience and joins Brit Insurance from Norwich Union, where he spent over 20 years working in motor fleet insurance. He was most recently a trading underwriter in its commercial fleet division. In this role, he handled new business, renewals and company procedures, working with a team of 10 underwriters.
