Six appointments as Brit expands Scotland & Northern Ireland region

Brit Insurance has made several appointments in the underwriting and business development teams within the Glasgow office of its Scotland & Northern Ireland region.

Suzanne Sahadew joins as underwriter - property combined. She has joined from Hiscox where she was senior development underwriter responsible for developing commercial combined business in Scotland. Prior to Hiscox, was trading manager at Aviva.

Richard Plews has been promoted to UK motor underwriter responsible for Scotland and Northern Ireland and Wallace Graham has also been promoted to business development mnager for Scotland.

Kathleen Lenaghan joins Richard Plews’ team as asistant underwriter in motor. She joins from Aviva where she was motor fleet underwriter. Lisa Rusk has transferred internally to join the motor team as underwriting assistant.

Finally, Truan Stuart has joined as underwriting assistant, property combined.
