Brit raids Allianz for new South East boss

Brit Insurance has appointed Paul Scott as regional manager of its South East region.

He will be based in Brit Insurance’s Reading office and will report directly to Brit UK chief executive Peter Burrows. He takes up his position immediately.

Scott joins Brit Insurance after four years at Allianz Commercial as development manager, responsible for formulating and implementing new business and marketing strategies, as well as developing and maintaining broker and customer relationships.

Prior to this, he spent over a decade at Royal & Sun Alliance in a variety of roles, latterly as key account manager. During his career, he has worked in a variety of locations throughout the region, including Woking, Hertford, Maidstone and Watford.
