Brian Johnson Insurance Brokers has launched a new claims system called CARISMA.
The system has been developed in accordance with the requirements of its NHS National Contract.
Under the renewed deal Brian Johnston will provide risk analysis all Trusts and Special Health Authorities.
Project manager Mike Minns said: "The system is designed to provide firstly an effective, dependable system for handling Brian Johnston's existing business practices and secondly to provide a solid foundation for future business requirements including the planned multi-location system. We had to meet these demands within a tight budget."
Brian Johnston claims the system will save them time by reducing the time spent keying in claims details.
