Broker Network has acquired the general insurance arm of Ian Frazer Insurance Brokers.
Broker Network said the acquisition is part of its ongoing intention to purchase independent insurance brokers that are both member and non-member firms.
The company said all staff at Ian Frazer Insurance Brokers will be retained, along with the brand name and as part of this development, Ian Frazer Insurance Brokers will be moving offices in February.
The IFA business will continue to operate independently from its present office in Swinton, Manchester.
