Broker Network Holdings has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Wyndale Insurance Brokers this week.

The purchase of Bury-based Wyndale is subject to FSA approval, which is expected within the next three months.

The acquisition will be the Broker Network's eleventh since the company floated in May 2004.
