Broker Network has announced its 18th acquisition, with the purchase of non-Member insurance broker Adam & Gaskell of Lancaster.
Broker Network said that with the other 12 new independent members recruited in April and May, it has in the last two months added a further £41m to its premium income, and now controls in total over £350m.
All existing staff at Adam & Gaskell's 3 branches will be retained, along with the brand name.
Grant Ellis, chief executive of Broker Network Holdings, said: “This acquisition and the recent surge of new members demonstrate the attractiveness of our proposition to forward-thinking brokers."
