Network aims for growth as it moves in to new £3.5m HQ

Broker Network has moved into its new £3.5m headquarters at St James’ Business Park in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, and announced the start of a major recruitment campaign.

The new premises are three times the size of the company’s old headquarters in Harrogate and mark the start of a recruitment campaign which will add 70 to Broker Network’s current HQ head count of 150 over the next two years. The company currently employs over 450 people nationwide.

Grant Ellis, CEO of Broker Network Group, said: “This move represents a significant step in our company’s development. The fact the new office is triple the size of the old building gives some indication of our growth plans - we aim to bring 1000 UK brokers into the Broker Network family by 2013."

Building work for Broker Network’s new offices, named Hexagon House after the company’s logo, commenced in December 2007 and was completed at the end of October 2008. The project was managed by property consultants Ryden LLP, with NU Construction of Halifax carrying out the actual building work.
