The new venture by Advanced Claims Management builds on earlier success in managing third-party claims and recoveries for insurers.
Bob Perry, ACM director, said the move has been made possible by the company's sophisticated IT system and experienced staff.
"This enables us to handle ad-hoc projects or operate as an extension to other companies' claims departments." Budget currently operates a panel of 18 insurers and a direct telesales staff.
