C&C lands new operations director

C&C Insurance Brokers has hired Paula Williams as operations director.

Williams previously worked at Arthur J Gallagher where she was North West regional managing director but left the broker in July 2014.

She was part of the team unveiled by then retail chief executive Peter Blanc after Gallagher took over Giles.

Before moving to Giles in 2012, Williams worked at Alec Finch Group as managing director for more than four years and as a regional director at JLT.

C&C managing director Malcolm Cooke said: “I am delighted to welcome Paula as our operations director. We are looking to strengthen C&C’s growth and management team so with Paula’s invaluable experience, reputation and deep understanding of the industry it makes her a terrific partner to assist us with our plans.”
