Capita London Market Services (Capita) has joined forces with business solutions provider ROOM Solutions (ROOM) to provide full back office and IT services to Thomas Miller Managing Agency Ltd (TMMA).
Under the contract Capita, supported by ROOM's Exact and Subscribe 2000 systems, will provide a range of back office services including Underwriting Support Services, Business Processing and Management Information and External Reporting.
The companies claim that this deal will offer TMMA not only business efficiency but remove the requirement to manage non-core activities.
This is the first contract win under the strategic alliance formed last month between Capita and ROOM to provide a combination of outsourcing and business solutions.
