Capita has won the BPO Service Provider of the Year award at the National Outsourcing Association Awards (NOA) 2006.
Martin Hart, chairman of the NOA, said: “Capita's submission in this category ticked all the right boxes. The winner needed to demonstrate innovation and show that they had made a valuable contribution to their clients. Capita Insurance Services has demonstrated excellence in outsourcing and highlighted the importance of best practice standards being met in the industry.”
The panel commended Capita's investigations services team on its response to fraudulent claims.
