CBG director quits

Manchester-based broker CBG has announced that Martin Lewis, technical director has resigned as a director of the company.

In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, CBG said: "Martin is currently undergoing medical treatment for a debilitating back problem, which means he is unable to carry out his duties as a group director.

"The board of CBG has therefore reluctantly accepted his resignation whilst wishing him well in his recovery and hopes that he will be able to resume senior duties in the group in the near future."
