Charles Taylor Consulting (CTC) has purchased the LCL Group and LCL Acquisitions.
Philip Holden, a director of LCL Group said: “"There is an obvious synergy between the businesses of the LCL Group with those of CTC.
"It provides us with global access to a comprehensive range of technical support and expertise within CTC and additionally provides access to capital markets for our future growth and acquisition strategy.
He added: "LCL has identified several opportunities for the expansion of our business and these will be taken forward."
