Competition Commission clears the acquisition by Hampden Agencies of...
The Competition Commission has formally cleared the acquisition by Hampden Agencies of the members' agency business of CBS Private Capital (CBSPC).
In its final report the CC concluded that the acquisition has not resulted and may not be expected to result in a substantial lessening of competition in relation to the supply of members' agency services to active individual members of Lloyd's.
