Metal conglomerate Corus has re-appointed Capita Insurance Services as its nominated UK loss adjuster.
According to the company, the appointment follows Capita's successful resolution of the claim arising from an explosion at the Corus Port Talbot steelworks, South Wales in 2001.
Under the terms of the new contract, Capita will provide loss adjusting services for all UK property damage claims and business interruption claims through its complex and major loss team, part of Capita's Technical Adjusting Services operation. Paul Thomas will manage the business.
