Country Mutual Insurance Brokers will use Biba's ASSESS online training and competency assessment system.
The system, which was developed by Biba and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), was designed to meet the regulatory standards set by the FSA.
As part of the two-year deal the package will be rolled out to 430 brokers.
