The British Damage Management Association (BDMA) Convention 2003 will take place 9 - 11 October 2003.
Speakers from the Insurance Ombudsman, Norwich Union and Lloyds TSB will all contribute to the convention.
Other speakers, covering the role of the property owner, surveyor, loss adjuster, contractor and the local authority, will enable delegates to understand all the parts of the jigsaw for the first time.
