Ufton brand, staff and directors will be kept
Davies has bought specialist liability and construction loss adjuster Ufton Associates.
The Ufton brand will be kept, along with all staff and directors. The business will report to Davies head of liability, construction & engineering Suzanne Kearney (pictured above).
Davies director of markets Darren Coombes said: “The acquisition of a strong niche market player such as Ufton Associates Limited adds both technical distinction and critical mass to our well regarded liability and construction practices, and will allow us to develop into specialty and technical risks markets.”
Ufton Associates director Nick Harrison said: “We are pleased to be joining forces with Davies, and believe that the purchase allows us the best platform to deliver our services in the future. We look forward to working with Suzanne, and the team at Davies as we continue to develop and enhance our service”.
