Former Christie's claims manager joins insurer.

Ecclesiastical has appointed Mark Bodenham as Fine Art Claims Adviser.

Bodenham joins Ecclesiastical from leading auctioneer Christie’s, where he was their in-house claims manager. He also has over five years experience as a loss adjuster.

The move follows the recent appointment of dedicated fine art underwriting manager, Clare Pardy.

Bodenham, who will assist with art and antique claims made by Ecclesiastical’s heritage commercial customers, said: "I am delighted to have joined Ecclesiastical in this role. I very much look forward to the opportunity to be able to add my expertise to Ecclesiastical’s renowned claims service."

David Bonehill, Claims Manager at Ecclesiastical, added: “Ecclesiastical prides itself on a claims service which really stands out from the competition. Fine art claims need real expertise, so we’re delighted than Mark has joined our team.”
