Andrew Stone is Elite’s new commercial and technical director
Gibraltar-based insurer Elite has hired Andrew Stone as commercial and technical director.
He will also join Elite’s main board.
Stone was previously director and chief operating officer at rival Gibraltarian insurer Enterprise Insurance.
In his new role at Elite, Stone will head up the motor book and oversee special projects such as the insurer’s preparation for Solvency II.
He will be based in Elite’s Gibraltar office but will also spend time in the insurer’s various UK offices.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
