Specialist London market MGA targeting growth
The board of London market managing general agent Entertainment Risk Management has bought the shareholding previously owned by Endeavour Insurance Services.
ERM said the purchase was assisted by outside investors through a special purpose vehicle.
ERM, which specialises in film production package insurance, said the change will provide impetus for growth and allow Endeavour to focus on developing its account as a broker.
