Euclidian carried off the top prize at the third Euclidian/Insurance Times Regatta.
Royal & SunAlliance scooped the runners-up place with last year's victors, Intech Solutions, coming in third.
TSM Agencies won the insurer class, Towergate Marine won the broker class and Kognito won the service provider division.
More than 20 boats sailed over two days and four races from Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth.
The first day's sailing was marked by winds of 35 knots in the Solent, causing a handful of boats to retire.
