Cox Insurance Holdings will today name Andrew Gibson, chief executive of Highway Insurance, as its new finance and operations director.
Neil Utley, whose offer for the insurer was declared unconditional last week, is also expected to announce the company will change names from Cox to the Equity Insurance Group.
