The Folgate Partnership has completed its 27th acquisition with the purchase of Warren Hill Insurance Brokers, based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
Warren Hill will add five regional offices and 110 staff to the Folgate Partnership.
Current directors Tim Lazenby and David Perry will continue to lead the team, and existing staff and office network will be retained.
Folgate said Warren Hill controlled in excess of £5m commission and fee income, over 90% of which was commercial SME business.
Folgate managing director Kenny Maciver said the acquisition provided the Folgate Partnership with a presence in Scotland, the North West, West Midlands and the South West.
