Ricky Brown will work in the renewals team of Thames Underwriting
Former Arthur J Gallagher construction insurance manager Ricky Brown has joined the underwriting team at managing general agent (MGA) Thames Underwriting.
Brown worked from Gallagher’s Rayleigh branch in Essex. He left last month.
In his new role, he will work as an underwriter within Thames’s renewals team.
The commercial MGA specialises in construction, sports and leisure.
Commenting on his appointment, Brown said: “Brokers demand quality and speed. With Thames they will receive just that and [from being in this new environment] I can already see how this puts us ahead.”
