LHF Healthplan
LHF Healthplan has appointed Jane Fenwick as marketing manager. She joins from McVities Cake Company, having previously gained experience as Asda and Arla foods in marketing and brand management roles.
Simon Stephenson joins as senior marketing executive.
Aon Artscope
Aon Artscope has appointed Peter Clifford as senior client manager, specialising in commercial fine art.
He will be charged with an initiative to develop Aon's existing book of fine art.
Clifford is a senior broker with many years of experience of handling art and antique dealers' insurance requirements. He comes to Aon from Windsor Insurance Brokers where his last role was as divisional manager of the fine art and antiques division.
RL Davison
RL Davison has appointed Arthur Walton as a director of its Lloyd's broking operation.
He will be responsible for the administrative area of the motor department.
The Bollington Group
The Bollington Group has appointed Tony Rollins as motor trade development manager.
He joins from Marsh, and will be specialising in the development of dealership and corporate motor trade risks.
CTC Services
CTC Services has made two appointments to its London energy team.
Rodney Winkler, a senior adjuster, has transferred from the energy division's headquarters at Houston. Winkler is a qualified petrochemical engineer.
He has extensive experience of drilling and recompletion operations in the Gulf, the Mediterranean and Venezuela. Since joining the company he has specialised in control of well and physical damage claims.
Jean Ross also joins the London office as an adjuster. Ross has participated for over 23 years in the adjustment of numerous significant losses in Europe and Asia.
These include onshore and offshore physical damage, pollution, and loss of hire claims.
Lane Clark & Peacock
Consulting actuary Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) has appointed Michael Hepher as independent director and chairman.
Formerly group managing director of BT, he has also been chairman of Charterhouse, Lloyds Abbey Life and Abbey Life Group.
He is currently a non-executive director of Kingfisher, Canada Life Financial Corporation and Telecity, where he is also chairman.
Reynolds Porter Chamberlain
Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has appointed James Miller and Sanjay Pritam as partners.
Both have expertise in the insurance market, and both joined RPC as trainees.
JMD
Steve Adams has joined JMD Group as director of JMD Specialist Reinsurance Services.
Previously with Marsh, he was responsible for the reinsurance support operations relating to Marsh and Guy Carpenter's aviation, marine and non-marine business for the UK.
Dyno-Rod
Dyno-Rod has appointed Jeffrey Diaz as key account manager for the insurance sector.
He has extensive experience within the insurance industry, having worked at Green Flag, AXA Assistance, Care First and the Department of the Environment.
BDMA
The British Damage Management Association (BDMA) has appointed Gwyn Jones as operational development manager.
As a former marketing services manager with Sun Alliance, he also worked extensively on brand building and name awareness campaigns following the creation of Royal & SunAlliance.
Jones has extensive experience of management consultancy and corporate marketing, across many business sectors including the UK financial services industry.
He worked with Sun Alliance (now Royal & SunAlliance) from 1989 to 1999. He then formed a marketing consultancy company that he has run for the past four years.
Helphire Group
Insureassist, a division of the Helphire Group, has appointed Nick Litchfield as repair network manager.
He previously worked for Aon as BT customer service/repair control manager prior to
Aon he had many years' experience in management including general manager at Poste Haste.
ABS
Ian Douglas has been promoted to network services manager four years after joining accident solutions company ABS as an accounts assistant.
Autoglass
Autoglass has appointed Nigel Doggett as its managing director.
He will take over from Ian Carlisle, who is leaving after seven years with the company to become chief operating officer of HomeServe, part of the South Staffordshire Group.
In his four years as operations director at Autoglass, Doggett has launched a unique employee reward scheme and introduced initiatives and technology to the customer contact centre.
Doggett was previously a regional director with Granada and spent eight years with the oil company Mobil.
Total Systems
Total Systems has appointed Clive Dutton as operations director and Arthur Weber as technical director.
Dutton has spent his entire working life in the computer industry. He joined Total Systems in 1979 as a systems designer and was subsequently promoted to consultant, then project manager and, more recently, senior project manager. He spent his first two years working for Triad Computing Systems.
Weber started out with Total Systems in 1977 as a programmer, progressing to analyst, systems designer and project manager.
He returned to Total Systems in 1993 as senior project manager and has overseen various projects including the development of Ultima, the general lines insurance system.
Insurer
Peter Haynes joins Kiln board and takes finance director position Peter Haynes joins Kiln's board.
He joined the company as corporate development director in September 2002.
He takes over from Roy Butler as finance director, effective from 1 July 2003.
Haynes has more than 20 years' experience in financial services, and has run multi-million pound insurance and fund management businesses.
As well as running the finance function, Haynes will work closely with chief executive officer Edward Creasy in determining the strategic direction of the company.
