FM Global
FM Global has added two new members to its business impact analysis and solutions team. Paul Johnson, joins as senior business risk consultant and Stuart Selden, as business risk consultant.

Johnson was formerly divisional director, UK Central, with Capita McLarens' complex and major loss division.

Selden previously was with Ernst & Young's corporate finance department, based in Vienna, where he was responsible for strategic finance services. Prior to that, he worked with Credit and Guarantee Insurance Company.

Healthsure
Jim Barnard has been appointed as non-executive chairman of Healthsure. He has worked for the healthcare provider since 1994.

Kate Kelleher joins Healthsure as an account development co-ordinator.

Ascot Underwriting
Ascot Underwriting has appointed Stephen Gentili as aggregation manager for its Syndicate 1414.

Gentili joins from Faraday Underwriting. Prior to assuming responsibility for commercial property catastrophe modelling and aggregate monitoring he was Faraday's fine art, jewellery and specie underwriter for four years.

CNA Insurance
CNA has appointed Cheryl Sheridan and Ian Belcher to CNA Global Resource Managers' audit and consultancy operations. Sheridan has been appointed director of marketing and product development, while Belcher will be vice president, audits and inspections -technical.

Sheridan joins CNA from Omni-Whittington where she was director of inspections and legal services.

Belcher has held senior roles in the audit and consultancy field for 14 years and brings with him extensive international audit experience.

Leisureinsure
Leigh Kendall becomes a partner of Leisureinsure with effect from 1 September. Kendall has been with the company for four years in the positions of claims manager and liability underwriter.

Ecclesiastical
The Archdeacon of Lambeth, Nicholas Baines, has joined Ecclesiastical Insurance's board of directors.

Brokers

SBJ Group
SBJ Group has appointed Debbie Bristow and Adrian Turner as divisional directors at SBJ Stephenson in Gravesend.

Lynda Masson joins as divisional director at SBJ Stephenson at the New Malden UK division. Graham Murray becomes divisional director at SBJ Stephenson at the Stockport UK division.

Alan Boswell Insurance Services
Adam Revell has joined Alan Boswell Insurance Services as a financial services administrator and trainee IFA. He has previously worked at Norwich Union and Fenton Financial Services.

Clarke Roxburgh
Andy Davidson joins Clarke Roxburgh Insurance Brokers as an account executive. Previously with Aon as a business development executive, Davidson brings with him a wealth of experience specialising in e-insurance.

Robertson Taylor
Tom Dawson has been appointed manager of Robertson Taylor's London broking division, which is responsible for the company's Lloyd's and London Market operations. He has worked as a placing broker in the London Market for more than 20 years, the last eight with Robertson Taylor.

In Los Angeles, Luis Cuadrado becomes vice president (commercial lines) and Shari Violas has been appointed vice president (personal lines).

Alphonso Del Prado joins Robertson Taylor with responsibility for new business development in Spain and Latin America.

Tyser (UK)
The board of Tyser (UK) has appointed Chris Townsend as a director of the firm.

Previously an associate director, Chris Townsend has spent all but one of his 14 years in the insurance industry with Tysers and manages the commercial client services division.

Bland Bankart
David Norris-Jones joins the general insurance division board of Bland Bankart as non-executive director. He was previously chairman and chief executive of Sedgwick UK and was group IT and change director before Marsh took over Sedgwick.

Loss Adjuster

Crawford & Co
Crawford & Company International has appointed John Buckle as branch manager of the company's Birmingham liability branch.

Before joining Crawford, Buckle served at Capita McLarens for 15 years, where he held various senior liability positions including branch manager and, more recently, regional manager.

Amanda Millis joins as medical services case manager.

Previously Amanda was medical services case manager at Crawford before joining the specialist healthcare team at Independent Insurance's PCS Procare and also Proactive Rehabilitation Services.

Camberford Law
Paul Cooper of Camberford Law has been promoted to the position of associate director. Cooper is currently responsible for Camberford Law's cleaning scheme and commercial client-base.

James Chapman & Co
James Chapman & Co has appointed David Nelson as HR director.

Nelson has spent his career in human resource management and joins from BNFL in Risley where he worked for the past seven years.

Inter-Alliance
Inter-Alliance Group has appointed Michael Burne as its legal director. He qualified as a solicitor at Denton Hall, before joining Allen and Overy's intellectual property team.

Burne joined St. James's Place in 1998 as a solicitor, and was promoted to head of legal in 2000.

More recently he has led that company's business development team.
