Green Flag appoints Bowman as director

Green Flag has announced the appointment of Mike Bowman as director of its motoring assistance service.

Bowman will report to commercial director, growth portfolio, Direct Line Group, Chris Wilson.

He joins from MORE TH<N Business, the brand’s commercial arm, which he launched and led across operations, pricing, underwriting and marketing. 

Previously, Bowman was marketing director at Towry Law Group for eight years specialising in life, pensions and investments. He also helped launch Hastings Direct.

Wilson said: “I am delighted to be welcoming Mike to the team. His appointment is pivotal in leading the charge on Green Flag’s growth plan while shaping the business strategy and ambitions for its future. Mike brings a wealth of experience in the financial services sector and in marketing, which will help us continue to make Green Flag one of the UK’s trusted brands.”
