Hardy Underwriting Group has reported a 55.8% take up of its open offer offer which closed yesterday.
The group had announced a placing and open offer of 17,095,146 new ordinary shares at 146.25p per share on 22 April.
Of these, Hardy announced it has received valid acceptances from qualifying shareholders in respect of 9,544,707 new ordinary shares.
Under the placing and open offer, Numis conditionally placed all of the new ordinary shares subject to clawback to satisfy valid applications made by qualifying shareholders under the open offer.
