Healthcare consultancy, Health for Industry, part of the Primary Group, has acquired Kent-based Working Partners (UK).
Formed in 1996, Working Partners has an annual premium income of £25m, said Health for Industry.
Working Partners staff will remain under the stewardship of joint director Alan Atkinson and Martin Harvey.
Health for Industry's joint managing director, Christopher Claridge-Ware, said the acquisition was part of the company's strategy to be a market leader in its sector by the end of 2004.
