Nigel Thomas has joined Heath Lambert as group finance director. Thomas has been with the group for the past decade, since joining Lowndes Lambert in 1995.
He has worked as director of IBA operations and, most recently, as group financial controller.
Adrian Colosso, the group's chief executive, said: "Nigel has been a valuable member of our finance team for many years. He has been involved in all of the group's major financial projects and activities; he has also run many of the day to day aspects of the group's finances.
"We have ambitious plans for growing and developing this company and continually improving our client offering. Nigel's intimate knowledge of our company and its financial operations and of the sector makes him the perfect candidate for this job."
