Former Allianz executive added to board
Helphire has appointed Dr Reiner Hagemann as a non-executive director.
His appointment is effective from 1st May.
Hagemann is a former member of the executive board of Allianz AG, where he was responsible for Allianz’s operations in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland and Austria.
He currently holds a number of non-executive positions, including with Fortis NV.
Helphire chairman, Rodney Baker-Bates, said: “I welcome Dr Hagemann to the Helphire Board to which he brings a wealth of both insurance and European experience. He will be particularly helpful as the Group implements its developing European service proposition.”
