Henderson Insurance Brokers chief executive Joe Henderson has revealed plans to merge with another broker.
In an exclusive interview with Insurance Times, Henderson said he wants to combine his business with a firm that is “similar or complimentary” with a view to an exit in three to five years.
He ruled out an immediate sale or a large acquisition. “I think the way forward is a merger,” he said.
