Hiscox Insurance has strengthened its regional network with the official opening of its Maidenhead office.
The office will develop household and professional business insurance for the South of England.
Wendy Wastnidge, formerly a UK high value household manager based at Hiscox London, will head Hiscox's southern branch.
Sian Fisher, managing director of Hiscox Insurance Company said: "Regional development is very important for Hiscox - over the past two years we have developed a strong presence in Scotland, the North of England and the Midlands.
"The new Southern branch in Maidenhead is a valuable addition to our network because it gives Hiscox a solid stake within a region that holds great business potential."
