Homeserve Property Repairs has announced a £22m, 3-year contract with Liverpool Victoria for the management of all its 28,000 building claims, excluding subsidence claims.
The agreement will see Homeserve Property Repairs undertake the validation, evaluation and settlement of all Liverpool Victoria building claims.
