Jim Whitmore to focus on construction
HSB Engineering Insurance (HSB) has appointed Jim Whitmore as loss control engineering manager for construction.
Whitmore will be responsible for leading HSB’s loss control engineering service for construction clients.
He joins from JBI Property Services, Abu Dhabi where he was head of QHSE and engineering.
HSB chief underwriting officer Andy Kane said: “We are delighted to welcome Jim to HSB whose extensive experience will strengthen our loss control engineering team as our business develops in the UK.
“Loss control engineering is a key part of HSB Group’s underwriting philosophy as it adds value to our clients’ business by leveraging our expertise.”
