Engineering and construction insurer HSB has hired Delwar Hussain as project manager.
In his new role, Hussain will manage and facilitate business projects aimed at improving HSB’s customer-responsiveness.
Hussain has seven years’ experience of project management and developing best-practice methodology. Before joining HSB he worked as a project manager for Capita Software Services (CSS), a part of Capita Group.
“We are constantly looking for ways to improve our products, services and customer response,” HSB chief executive Stephanie Watkins said in a statement. “Delwar brings the skills to help us execute key strategic projects for HSB. His appointment will further contribute to our commitment to business growth within specialist markets so we are delighted to welcome him on board.”
