HSBC Insurance Brokers has announced a shakeup to its executive line-up.
Managing director of its general corporate and commercial risks division, Tim Kemp, is to become its new chairman and the broker unit's deputy chief executive.
David Boosey will join the main board of HSBC Insurance Brokers and will take over from Kemp as managing director of the risks division.
The company said its broking director Alan Waters would assume the position of broking director of worldwide retail.
