IHI has announced the opening of a London office.
The base will initially be operating as a focus of IHI's sales activities in the UK.
The company said it hoped to be able to extend its range of business to provide a new range of services including local administration for UK clients.
In the past ,UK clients had relied on services operating out of Denmark but a growth in IHI's specialised overseas business had resulted in the opening of a London office, the company added.
