Independent Insurance's Cheadle offices may be sold, provisional liquidators Pricewaterhousecoopers (PWC) have confirmed.
A PWC spokeswoman said it was considering the sale of offices at Cheadle, Minster Court and Edenbridge, and was already in talks with landlords over the Cheadle building. She said a move was sensible given the greatly reduced number of staff at the offices.
But she added staff would only be moved if suitable nearby offices could be found.
