UIA Insurance has announced three new roles as part of an internal reorganisation to strengthen its customer management approach.

Ian Cracknell, the marketing director, is now responsible for all key customer contact points, including the sales function and a new customer care department.

Kevin Dilley has joined UIA as head of customer management from the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Damian Reilly, who heads up the marketing team, will be working with Dilley to deliver the ‘insurance with principles' brand experience.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
