National recruitment consultancy IPS Group has acquired recruitment specialist Anakin Seal.
The combined turnover of both firms is understood to stand at over £10m firms. IPS claims both firms will be marketed alongside one another, in addition to the existing Leeds-based recruitment firm Forsythe & Kayee.
IPS Group managing director Alan Charlesworth said: "Anakin Seal is a good fit for our core business and wholly in line with our expansion plans.
"The acquisition both cements our presence in Manchester and confirms both our firms as major players in professional recruitment."
