Two relationship managers appointed

Junction has appointmed two new relationship managers in an attempt to strengthen its corporate partnership team.

John Anderson and Hannah Dalton will become part of a "focused recruitment drive to help meet the growing demand for its services," the company said. Anderson has been appointed Senior Relationship Manager, where he will help develop and maintain strategic relationships with key affinity partnerships.

John most recently worked on a specialist contract focusing on the financial advisor recruitment process for CIS in Manchester, and was previously Head of Worksite at Prudential, where he led the team of employer relationship managers, responsible for the retention and development of key customers.

Hannah Dalton has joined as Relationship Manager. She joins from BTR International, an international removals company, where she was Senior Account Manager. She has some previous experience in the insurance industry and also worked as an Account Manager for Allied Pickford in her earlier career.

Group Director Matthew Donaldson said: “Junction’s success is built upon the strong relationships we have with our affinity partners. These appointments reflect not only the importance of solidifying our existing relationships but also the increasing demand for our services and associated new business opportunities.”

Junction is the fastest growing personal lines affinity insurance provider in the UK, with more than 1,000,000 customers and a gross written premium of over £300 million.
