Lancaster broker TIC (UK) has completed the purchase of Euxton Insurances in Chorley, Lancs.
With the acquisitions of Redmans and Sharmans businesses in 2004, the gross premium income for the group currently stands at £8m.
The group plans to achieve £15m premium income by acquisition by the end of 2005
