In September 2002, I completed a "quotation questionnaire' issued by Ink Underwriting for the purposes of obtaining a quotation for a printing business.
They responded by fax on 2 October 2001 asking for further information and this was supplied, also by fax, within four hours on the same day.
However, no quotation was ever received and the business stayed with the current insurer.
In September this year, my client received a direct mailshot inviting him to apply direct for a quotation
What a coincidence.
