Outsourced service provider Liberata and business process service provider Xchanging entered into a five year procurement outsourcing partnership with an aggregate value of £250m.
Liberata chief executive Robert Goge said the move would enable the company to increase its procurement capabilities. "This will allow us to leverage Xchanging's unrivalled experience, thereby improving our procurement offering and ensuring the delivery of an innovative, full-service approach."
