Logica has expanded its existing relationship with Point Information Systems to offer new electronic customer relationship management solutions to the financial services market.

The solutions will be based on Point's newly launched epoint five-product suite, which allows companies and their partners to interact with customers at any stage of the business relationship and over any channel.

Logica will co-develop the software applications with Point under a commercial agreement, and will also train the staff needed to enable both companies to meet the demand for multi-channel CRM solutions.


The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
