Gurjinder Dhaliwal indicates not guilty
A man accused of defrauding Admiral has been committed to the Central Criminal Court.
Gurjinder Singh Dhaliwal, 36, of Heathcote Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, faces one charge of fraud by false representation against Admiral on 9 October 2010.
He indicated not guilty to the charge at City of London Magistrates Court today.
Magistrates committed the case to the Old Bailey on 26 July for a plea and case management.
Dhaliwal has unconditional bail.
